Oh my kids.  I have them.  Two of them.  Precious little beings that the Lord has trusted withm which is such a great honor when you sit and think about it.  An honor that MANY take for granted.  God knew each of us before the beginning of the world.  So that sweet child of yours, God decided to give you that little (or grown) one before he made the world.  Before he made trees, or the sea.  Before he made coffee. From the beginning of time he decided to entrust you with his precious little lives, to grow and nurture to become soldiers for him.  Whoa.

But yes, to me he has given Jack and Sarah.  At the time of this writing Jack is a couple months shy of his 9th birthday and and Sarah is 5 1/2.  And Ryan, my little boy who God decided to scoop  back up into Heaven with him, would have just turned 7.
